Cancellation
Policy.

EDIT London is a specialist, by-appointment practice. Each booking holds dedicated time with your specialist and a treatment suite. When an appointment is cancelled at short notice, that time can rarely be filled — which is why we ask every client to respect the notice periods below.

• We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
• Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at up to 100% of the scheduled service.
• No-shows — where you do not attend and do not contact us — will be charged at 100% of the scheduled service.

• Unless agreed otherwise in writing, a 50% deposit of the total treatment cost is required to confirm your booking.
• Deposits are redeemed against the price of your service on the day.
• Deposits are non-refundable, except where we are unable to deliver your service and no suitable alternative can be arranged, or where your specialist determines at consultation that you are not suitable for the treatment.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time so consultation forms and pre-treatment paperwork can be completed.
• Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened, or — where this is not possible — rescheduled and charged in line with this policy.

• A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule any session within a course or package.
• Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be deducted from the remaining balance of your course.
• All sessions must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase, after which they will expire.
• Courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of EDIT management.

We understand that genuine emergencies happen. If you are unwell or unable to attend for medical reasons, please let us know as soon as possible. Where appropriate, we may waive the late cancellation charge at the discretion of EDIT management, and supporting evidence may be requested.

In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your appointment due to circumstances outside our control, we will offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any payment you have made for that session.

Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in future bookings being declined, or full prepayment being required for future services.
